Number 40.12. 12: This is the easiest and most immediate channel to know your balance. Take your phone, open the dialer (the application to compose numbers, often with a crocodile icon) and type the 40.12.12. Start the call. After a short welcome message, a registered item will notify you of the amount of your remaining credit and, if relevant, any information about the Gigas or the minutes still available of your offer. At the end, you will have the option to request a summary SMS by pressing the 1 button on the keypad. This service is completely free and operational 24 hours a day, every day of the week, but it is only valid if you call from the SIM PosteMobile you intend to check and only from Italy.
